Polarization Insensitive WDM for EDFA (PIWDM-EDFA)

 

 

Description:

 

The three port, two wavelength Polarization Insensitive Wavelength Division Multiplexer (PIWDM) combines or separates the optical signal and the pump of EDFAs. It utilizes advanced micro-optic filter technology to yield wide band wavelength flat performance, low loss, polarization insensitive, high isolation performance. This product can also be used (with minor modification) to multiplex two pump lasers for higher pump power.
